Hi friends!

Just wanted to write a quick update for those of you who are not friends with me on facebook or in constant contact with Cathy.  I have made it to Medellín and begun the process of unpacking.  My flight arrived around 8pm Sunday night, however I did not make it to my apartment until almost 10:30pm.  The nice part is that there is no time difference! woohoo! Today was a long day filled with meeting with a doctor (weirdest physical I have EVER gotten) as well as the migracion office here in Medellín, which took far too long, I thought waiting at the DOT office was bad...not anymore!  The afternoon consisted of grocery shopping and home shopping.  I have not met my roommate yet, so I´m saving any larger purchases for if we could possibly split them.  

I´ll add some photos of the apartment and my amazing view later.  Now I am off to meet up with some other teachers for dinner.  I wish I could just go to sleep, but I´m going to try and rally!!
